Individual Therapy
Every person faces moments of distress and difficulty in their lives. Individual therapy provides a unique environment to work through and process life’s struggles. Here, you can share your personal feelings and experiences freely and without judgement, knowing you will be met with compassion, care, and support. We strive to be culturally curious, inclusive, and affirming, recognizing the unique background each individual brings to therapy.
Intimate Relationship + Couples Therapy
Relationships tend to act as a mirror, highlighting the best and worst parts of ourselves. Each person brings into the relationship their own history, attachment experiences, pains, and joys, and these can impact the relationship health. Utilizing a combination of Attachment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman methodologies, our therapists will help couples process the past, improve communication, and move toward relational understanding and healing.
Family Therapy
Family relationships can be difficult to navigate. Managing busy schedules, different personalities, and various life stages can often lead to disconnection, arguments, and stress. Family therapy provides a safe environment where all members of a family can be heard and supported, communication can improve, and new skills can be learned. Whether you are challenged by parent-child discord; struggles with co-parenting; separation or divorce; family blending through re-partnering, foster care, or adoption; generational divides; or a chaotic home life, family therapy can be a powerful way to improve family relationships.
Group Therapy
Community and connection can be a valuable tool in growth and healing. Knowing you are not alone in your suffering or struggles can be restorative. Group therapy provides a safe space to join with others who are working on their own growth and mental and emotional health. During a group therapy session, you will meet with 5-8 people, facilitated by a therapist, and often focused on a specific topic or area of need.

Child + Adolescent Therapy
Children and adolescents face many of the struggles that adults do, but often do not have the language or ability to express their feelings. Often, it is their behaviors, such as withdrawing, moodiness, or acting out, that are noticed first. Or perhaps something distressing has occurred, such as divorce, increased academic pressure, loss of a family member through death or circumstances such as adoption, identity questions, or bullying. As a parent, you may feel frustrated or stuck. Therapy provides a safe space for children and teens to learn about and express their feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and become more mindful and self-aware.
Pre-Marital Counseling
Are you getting married or considering engagement and want support as you move toward this new chapter? Pre-marital counseling can be an excellent resource for starting your committed relationship off on the right foot. During pre-marital sessions you will explore unique aspects of who you are as individuals and as a couple, and identify areas of strength and areas of need to help build a solid foundation. Openness and communication will be encouraged as you work to enhance your relationship skills.

We’ll gather some basic information from you, including what brings you to therapy, discuss session fee and appointment availability, as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. Should you choose to proceed, an initial appointment will be scheduled.
